Outstanding! Chef Omar Limon created an amazing meal... Started with ancho reyes chile liqueur drinks and cauliflower appetizer, blue fin tuna tostada, and flat iron steak with potato and an amazing mole sauce. Very well done. Excellent! Oh yeah... the flan for dessert was 5 stars!
We were on the hunt for a good flan before we ended the night- We could not have been more lucky after googling flan nearby. Sweetest staff. Incredible cocktails. GET THE FLAN!
Hands down my favorite restaurant in the desert. I’ve probably eaten there 30+ times. Born & raised in Mexico, I am super particular when it comes to Mexican food out here. But this is the perfect balance between traditional ingredients, amazing flavors and contemporary cuisine. Seating is beautiful, service is so personable, Juan & Arnold are really kind and the chef is outstanding. Suggestions: shishito peppers are THE BEST, I hope they come back… forever!! The tuna tostada and aguachile are sooo good. Tried the ribeye the last time and it was perfection. Try their flan too!
Hoja Blanca is absolutely amazing. I ordered the Hamachi Tostada and the Quesabirria Tacos--I'm in awe of the flavors and balance. The cocktails, just as wonderful.
Amazing experience! These guys know what they are doing back in that kitchen. Highly recommend the whole menu basically had the whole thing, every dish hits it out the park! Will come back, great job Oja Blanca!
So I’ve came here when it’s a pop-up at a local brewery but it’s still amazing. The menu changes frequently so what you see isn’t what you may get but it’s all good. They make no bad dishes and it’s honestly a bummer they don’t have a set location…but it’s Covid! Highlights are the pig ear taco, duck carnitas, chicharrron taco and the shishito bowl.
Get the aguachiles and flan. Trust the bar staff to point you toward cocktail pairings that match your taste buds and the food. Supurb meal. Only regret is living too far away to come back for more. I got to sit and watch the folks making the food and they were bringing their A-game focus to every single dish.
This is a pop-up, so check ahead to see if they are open. Hard to find, it was located in a bar in building on the corner. Food was beautifully presented and very good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The shrimp and avocado dish that everyone else on Google has recommended had a nice slightly spicy and quite tart sauce. I would order it again. The blood orange flan dessert was really, really good.
We hired the Hoja Blanca team for a private dinner for 11 people in February 2025, and the meal was absolutely extraordinary. They were incredibly professional, punctual, kind and the food was delicious. Every course was phenomenal. They were easy to communicate with and the price was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend Hoja Blanca for a private dinner or stopping by their pop ups. Hands down the best food we ate in Palm Springs, and they delivered an unforgettable experience for our group.
